A quality approach
Ackerman is one of the few Loire wine companies to have introduced as early as 1998 a system of quality-based management that complies with ISO standards.
Furthermore, it complies with two private mass-distribution reference procedures that are based on some 300 requirements designed to guarantee food safety:
- The International Food Standard (IFS): certification obtained in 2005
- The British Retail Consortium (BRC): certification obtained in 1999
