Management that looks after our human resources

Ackerman has 150 employees on permanent and fixed-term contracts and occasionally employs temporary staff in whom we strive to build company loyalty. For its various purchases and the maintenance of its green spaces, Ackerman calls upon workers employed by disability-friendly companies and employment rehabilitation centres.
For bottle reconditioning, the Chacé production site has a sheltered workshop with four disabled workers accompanied by one qualified supervisor. On this site, where the average age is over 45 years, employees are given training in load carrying.
Since the workforce age is high, a human resources forecasting and planning system has been introduced to anticipate retirements and plan mentor-based training for the positions concerned.
