A "social barometer" is produced every year following a survey carried out among our staff concerning the illness and social welfare system, the company's advantages, internal communication, health and safety, work organisation and professional relations. Our staff are made aware of the dangers of alcohol abuse at information days that complement the company rules, which are clearly displayed.
