Cooling your Fines Bulles


Avoid the freezer, which impairs the aromas and flavours.

The best option is an ice bucket. To get the bottle to the right temperature, simply place it in a mixture of water and ice cubes for 15 to 20 minutes.
If using the refrigerator you should lie it down in the bottom compartment 4 hours before drinking.

Serve your Fines Bulles at 8 to 9 °C (46 to 48 °F).

Semi-dry Fines Bulles wines can be drunk at 5 °C (41 °F).
