Creation of a new tourist attraction in celebration of Ackerman's 200th Anniversary

Ackerman invites you to the extraordinary “Voyage au Centre de la Bulle” at the heart of a fascinating world. This fantastic odyssey, combining tradition and innovation, information and fun activities, starts off like “The Journey to the Center of the Earth” by Jules Verne. It is designed to plunge you into Ackerman’s heart and sole, with a dynamic scenography, a festival of colors, and a universe of mesmerizing aromas.
A steward takes tourists to the first part, but the rest of the attraction is visited individually using an audio tour or not. Three different sections allow the visitor to penetrate into the world of “Royal”, with its traditions and history, and to uncover the adventures of pioneer Jean-Baptiste Ackerman. He heads down into the heart of the galleries through to the world of “eXentrique”, flooded by fuchsia lights, and ends his journey in the green ambience offered by “Crémantissime”.
During the hour-long tour throughout the company’s historic tufa galleries, visitors can freely discover the House’s past and the present. They will experience one surprise after another – along the lines of a Jules Vernes novel. Of note: the towering 20-meter tall “explosition” by Yorga, and the film presenting the House’s traditions in an untraditional manner. Also of interest: a creative chapel, an interactive bubble, a fizzy dance floor, and last but not least, a sparkling boat for kids, including games from the five continents.
The cellar containing old vintages (named “Salon des Conciliabulles”), boasts wonderful products such as a 1900 Coteaux du Layon, as well as bottles of Vouvray, dating back to 1945 and 1947.
After this bubbly journey, tourists from worldwide, whatever their age or country of origin, will easily understand why a House established two hundred years ago is still thriving today.
